The land is £500, and about £3,000 with the agent, the solicitors, the Land Registry and the first year’s insurance. After that it is the insurance and the mower, every year.

There is no expected amount. Whatever you can manage is welcome.

If the sale falls through you can have your money back, or leave it with us to spend on looking after the village. There is a box below to say which.
